I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 8 years. In that time I have been helping hundreds of people get into great shape.
I studied health & fitness, sports psychology & anatomy in the university of Limerick and advanced my studies further in strength & conditioning with KG Elite and habit based coaching with precision nutrition.
I can relate to my clients in many way’s having gone through my own transformation 10 year’s ago. I was overweight, weak, uncomfortable in my own skin and didn’t know how to get out of my bad habits
Since then I have become obsessed with the body, mind, nutrition & fitness. I tried it all. From bull-shit fads to eventually finding the right way . I have spent years researching the best strategies to get lasting results for myself and clients.
